Once you reach out, a dedicated merchandiser will be assigned to your account. They’ll assist you with everything — from sampling to production, delivery updates, and more. For personalized guidance, you’ll also have access to an Avina Client Advisor for seamless and reliable communication.

Sample Development Process

Step 1: Send Us Your Design Details
You’re welcome to share your ideas in any format, such as:

  • Hand-drawn sketches with size/stone/material notes

  • Reference images with descriptions or inspirations

  • CAD files

  • Existing physical samples for replication or modification

The more information you share, the better we can capture your original vision.


Step 2: CAD Design & Confirmation
Our in-house CAD team will transform your design into a detailed 3D model. Once completed, we’ll share it with you for feedback and final approval before we move to sample production.

Please include:

  • Preferred metal (Brass / 925 Sterling Silver)

  • Quantity required for each sample

  • Desired color (Silver, Gold, Rose Gold, etc.)

  • Plating thickness (0–1 micron / 2 / 2.5 / 3+ microns)


Sample & Production Costs

Final pricing is calculated after sample completion, but we’re happy to give you an estimated cost upfront if needed.

Pricing includes:

  • Metal weight and purity

  • Stones or additional materials

  • Plating and finishing

  • Skilled labor and personalization

Thanks to our in-house manufacturing and sustainable sourcing, we’re able to offer competitive rates without compromising quality.


Bulk Orders

Once samples and pricing are approved, we’ll begin production.

Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ):

  • Silver Jewellery: To be Determined Depends on design

  • Brass Jewellery: To be Determined Depends on design

  • Rings (multiple sizes): To be Determined Depends on design

We’ll send you a formal Proforma Invoice (PI) once your purchase order is received. After deposit confirmation, production will begin. Final delivery is scheduled once payment is complete.

Note: Shipping charges vary by destination and weight. We pack efficiently to reduce shipping costs.


Lead Time

  • Samples: 1–2 weeks

  • Bulk Orders: 3–4 weeks

  • Have an urgent deadline? Let us know in advance. We’ll plan sampling, revisions, and delivery timelines around your launch needs.

We kindly ask long-term clients to gather any faulty items periodically. Send them back to us, and we’ll happily repair or replace them.
